and Solomon gave Hiram twenty thousand cors [That is, probably about 121,000 bushels (about 4,400 kilolitres)] of wheat as food for his household, in addition to twenty thousand baths [Septuagint (see also 2 Chron. 2:10); Hebrew twenty cors] [That is, about 97,000 gallons (about 440 kilolitres)] of pressed olive oil. Solomon continued to do this for Hiram year after year.

The craftsmen of Solomon and Hiram and the men of Gebal [That is, Byblos] cut and prepared the timber and stone for the building of the temple.

In the four hundred and eightieth [Hebrew; Septuagint four hundred and fortieth] year after the Israelites had come out of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon’s reign over Israel, in the month of Ziv, the second month, he began to build the temple of the LORD.
