2João, 3João e Judas
Você gosta de receber e ler cartas? Hoje tem três cartas para você abrir e apreciar. A princípio, uma delas foi escrita para Gaio, mas substitua o nome dele pelo seu, e personifique-se na carta, para ver que lições maravilhosas você pode tirar da mesma.
Judas escreveu “aos que foram chamados, amados por Deus”, ou seja, você, eu, todos nós cristãos. Mas, quem é a “senhora eleita” de 2João? Alguns dizem ser uma pessoa. Outros acreditam ser a igreja. Você sabe?
As evidências de que João talvez estivesse dirigindo sua carta à igreja, chamando-a de “senhora eleita, são os seguintes itens de coletividade, abaixo:
1)João precisou explicar que a carta era para ela, para os filhos, mas também para todos os crentes.
2)A palavra “conosco” do verso 2 mostra que a carta é tão coletiva, que é também para o próprio autor.
3)O insistente uso da palavra “vocês” (versos 6; 8; 10 e 12).
É possível ver que João esta escrevendo sua carta para uma pessoa pelo seguinte::
1)Em nenhum outro lugar a Bíblia chama a igreja de “senhora”. “Kuria” é um pronome de tratamento muito pessoal.
2)Ele dirige-se “aos seus filhos” e “também” a todos os que conhecem a verdade. Estes últimos são filhos da igreja, e não da senhora. Caso contrário, não faria sentido a diferenciação comparativa.
3)É pela razão acima que a epístola ora é pessoal, ora é coletiva.
4)Se a direção ao plural fosse para dizer que não existia um destinatário pessoal, então ele nem deve ter mandado a carta, porque era para ele também.
5)Note que o verso 4 diz “alguns dos seus filhos” e não “vocês”.
6)O pronome pessoal do caso oblíquo “lhe”, do verso 5, é muito pessoal.
7)Observe a expressão “os filhos da sua irmã” do verso 13:
a)Quando a Bíblia usa “mulher” para igreja verdadeira, a mulher é sempre singular, porque, nesta figuração, apenas uma mulher faz toda a representação universal do povo de Deus.
b)Se não fosse pessoal, a expressão deveria ser “seus filhos daqui”.
A conclusão é que João escreveu para uma senhora, pessoa real e física, e também para um grupo maior de outros crentes, que pudessem vir a ler a carta, como por exemplo você, em sua leitura bíblica de hoje.
Mas a melhor de todas as conclusões é:
“Àquele que é poderoso para impedi-los de cair e para apresentá-los diante da sua glória sem mácula e com grande alegria, ao único Deus, nosso Salvador, sejam glória, majestade, poder e autoridade, mediante Jesus Cristo, nosso Senhor, antes de todos os tempos, agora e para todo o sempre! Amém (Judas 24-25)”.
