'This is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which one shall offer to Yahweh.

If he offers it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mixed with oil.

With cakes of leavened bread he shall offer his offering with the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving.

SANTO DE CASA NÃO FAZ MILAGRES

Essa frase dá “pano pra manga”. Uê, se é pra usar ditados populares, então aproveitemos! Mas o que quero dizer é que é uma frase que, apesar de ser lugar comum, é, ao mesmo tempo, uma grande ferramenta. Ferramenta para desde fóruns de conversas jogadas fora até grandes filosofadas. Pra você ter uma idéia, no Orkut tem várias comunidades “Santo de Casa Não Faz Milagres”. A que tem a proposta que achei mais interessante se descreve assim:
“Se vc tem um amigo médico, dentista, veterinário, mala, enfermeiro, bruxo, contador, coordenadora ou secretário de saúde, chefe de motorista, chefe do miro, tio, tia, irmã ou irmão...sobrinho, neto, vó e vô, pai, mãe, amigo e amiga ou só uma simples moça que faz fatura....mas que na hora H, na hora que vc mais precisa eles somem....desaparecem...inventam uma desculpa para não te ouvir ou te ajudar...entre nesta comunidade....ela é pura emoção...” (sic).
É rir pra não chorar, não é mesmo? E acredita que tem gente que perde tempo com isso?
Indo ao outro extremo, olha só o que encontrei na Faculdade Paranaense FACCAR. No curso de letras, uma monografia de alguém da Universidade Estadual de Londrina, com o título: “Santo de Casa Não Faz Milagres”. Falando sério! O trabalho acadêmico se propõe como um estudo dos fatores argumentativos ligados a este provérbio. Provérbio este, que já serviu de carro chefe para uma das maiores campanhas publicitárias que já aconteceram no Brasil.
Basta entrar num site de busca e digitar “Santo de Casa Não Faz Milagres”, e você pode ver como esta frase se transcultura, pluraliza, adapta, flexiona e encaixa às mais diferentes utilidades e inutilidades. Mas, parando de jogar conversa fora e indo ao ponto, por incrível que pareça, foi num espaço nada documentativo que encontrei um bom argumento sobre esta frase. Linkando com a leitura de hoje, no “Yahoo-Respostas”, para a pergunta “Por que se diz que santo de casa não faz milagres?”, que alguém postou por lá, um internauta respondeu:
“Essa história vem da Bíblia. Veja o que diz em Marcos 6:4-5: ‘Então Jesus lhes dizia: Um profeta não fica sem honra senão na sua terra, entre os seus parentes, e na sua própria casa. E não podia fazer ali nenhum milagre, a não ser curar alguns poucos enfermos, impondo-lhes as mãos’.” (sic).
Isso mesmo! O próprio Jesus Cristo foi considerado um profeta sem honra. É de arrepiar? Não. Porque não pode ser normal acontecer de você passar um dia inteiro sem falar com Ele ou ler Sua Palavra? E Ele não é o seu Santo?
Deixe-me parar de tentar milagrear com esta prosopopéia!
