|Esdras 6:6|
So now, Tattenai, ruler of the land across the river, and Shethar-bozenai and your people the Apharsachites across the river, keep far from that place:

|Esdras 6:7|
Let the work of this house of God go on; let the ruler of the Jews and their responsible men put up this house of God in its place.

|Esdras 6:8|
Further, I give orders as to what you are to do for the responsible men of the Jews in connection with the building of this house of God: that from the king's wealth, that is, from the taxes got together in the land over the river, the money needed is to be given to these men readily, so that their work may not be stopped.

And whatever they have need of, young oxen and sheep and lambs, for burned offerings to the God of heaven, grain, salt, wine, and oil, whatever the priests in Jerusalem say is necessary, is to be given to them day by day regularly:

So that they may make offerings of a sweet smell to the God of heaven, with prayers for the life of the king and of his sons.

And I have given orders that if anyone makes any change in this word, one of the supports is to be pulled out of his house, and he is to be lifted up and fixed to it; and his house is to be made waste for this;

|Esdras 6:12|
And may the God who has made it a resting-place for his name send destruction on all kings and peoples whose hands are outstretched to make any change in this or to do damage to this house of God at Jerusalem. I, Darius, have given this order, let it be done with all care.

Then Tattenai, the ruler across the river, and Shethar-bozenai and their people, because of the order given by King Darius, did as he had said with all care.

And the responsible men of the Jews went on with their building, and did well, helped by the teaching of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah, the son of Iddo. They went on building till it was complete, in keeping with the word of the God of Israel, and the orders given by Cyrus, and Darius, and Artaxerxes, king of Persia.

And the building of this house was complete on the third day of the month Adar, in the sixth year of the rule of Darius the king.

SALMOS 106-110
Vamos nos deliciar com mais alguns salmos? A leitura de hoje está tremenda!
Começando com o Salmo 106, se você observar bem, verá que ele é parecido com o 78, pois também descreve a história de Israel depois do êxodo; alterna-se entre a bondade e o poder do Senhor e a infidelidade e a fraqueza do povo escolhido. A composição deles foi preservada devido à esperança inesquecível e da fé irreprimível no Deus da aliança que aquele povo tinha.
No Salmo 107, vamos entrar para o quinto e último livro da coleção dos salmos. Ele é, também, um poema pertencente ao grupo de salmos que chamamos de grupo retrospectivo, grupo histórico. Os Salmos históricos mais notáveis são: 78, 105, 106, 107, 135 e 136, pois retratam o livramento que Israel teve no passado da sua escravidão no Egito.
Já o Salmo 109 fala dos homens justos que sofrem. Os Salmos 35 e 39 também falam, mas ele é o mais franco para tratar do assunto de pessoas que, apesar de justas, são sofredoras. Se quem escreveu esse salmo foi Davi, então imagina-se que ele estivesse se referindo ao seu próprio sofrimento causado por Saul ou, talvez, por Doegue.
Salmo 110: é interessante que o Novo Testamento concorda que o autor desse salmo tenha sido Davi. Na realidade, ele é o mais citado no NT, porque tem um significado de profecia messiânica. Então, a interpretação dele é cristológica, ou seja, centrada em Cristo. Nele, vemos a exaltação de Cristo, na qual Ele está assentado à direita de Deus, o que é confirmado pelos livros de Mateus, Hebreus e Pedro.
Podemos ver, também, que esse breve poema, obviamente, consiste de duas partes. Cada uma delas inclui uma afirmação de Jeová, que é curta e explícita. Elas se expandem de uma forma que, ao mesmo tempo, é surpreendente e enigmática. Digo surpreendente, porque há um tipo de entronização associada a um governo de ferro, centralizado em Sião e porque o sacerdócio de Cristo é ligado ao sacerdócio de Melquisedeque e não, como seria de se esperar, ao sacerdócio de Arão. É enigmática porque enquanto o exército do rei é descrito com características de uma beleza igrejeira, o ministério sacerdotal, por um outro lado, está relacionado com fatalidade generalizada e conflito de guerra.
Está difícil de entender? Isso é só o começo! Sua cabeça esquentará mesmo quando se debruçar por cima desses salmos para estudá-los. Você acha que os salmos são apenas lindos poemas, com textos romantizados, “aguinha com açúcar”? Não! Neles também tem grandes lições teológicas e profundas para ser aplicadas na nossa vida. Então, leia-os com oração e aprenda bastante.
