PREDIÇÕES
João 12-13
Pode predizer o que vou escrever para que você leia, nesta mesma data, no ano que vem? Falando em predição anual, lembra-se daquelas besteiras que acontecem a cada fim e começo de ano, nos grandes canais midiáticos, através do convite a especuleiros de toda laia, que se apresentam diante do público querendo predizer o que acontecerá no ano que começa? Dá até raiva. Só falam o óbvio.
Eu queria ver um desses prevendo para onde o mercado de ações iria pender-se. Já viu a ansiedade de quem depende demais das ações de bolsas de valores nas quais investe? Esse tipo de acionistas é composto de um grupo de pessoas que olham frequentemente aos peritos e aos comerciantes experientes para suas predições em como o mercado tenderá. Predições? Alguém pode prever alguma coisa?
Se predizer fosse tão fácil assim, os vestibulares mais concorridos seriam para preditologia, os maiores estabelecimentos comerciais seriam ocupados por predizentes diante de filas de pessoas querendo passar o cartão de crédito para tirar uma lasquinha de predição, os mais respeitados homens da sociedade seriam os preditólogos. Quase somos tentados a pensar: “seria tãããão útil...”. Mas essa utopia da predição não passa de uma perdição. Balela.
Apesar de ser ilusão, é também algo que alimenta o deleite da imaginação: poder adivinhar o que acontecerá(ria) nos futuros próximo, médio e longínquo. Fale a verdade: não é bom, dar um pitaco acertado, ou, pelo menos, deixar a criatividade da cachola viajar na maionese? É, no mínimo, prazeroso. E, no máximo, prejudicialmente maléfico.
Mas a predição em si não é má. Você gostaria de encontrar-se com alguém que realmente tem a capacidade de predizer o futuro? Então, ajeite-se no seu assento, por que vou apresentar-lhe esse poderoso. E antes que seja-lhe revelado, você já pode perfeitamente predizer de onde ele vem. Sim! Da leitura de hoje (João 12-13). A diferença, é que esse predizente é real, e suas predições são verdadeiras e podem ser todas boas.
No primeiro evento narrado pelo capítulo 12 Jesus faz uma predição sobre o seu sepultamento e seu destino após a morte. Na “Entrada Triunfal” há uma seqüências de predições desde simples (sobre o jumentinho) a complexas (sobre o ano 70) (cf. Mateus 21; Marcos 11; Lucas 19). A partir do verso 20, Jesus prediz sua morte, apesar da incredulidade dos Judeus logo a seguir. Ao lavar os pés dos discípulos, Ele prevê que será traído e que Pedro o negará.
E tudo se cumpriu.
Sabe qual é o lado bom da História? Cristo está nela, com total controle. Seu destino pode ser seguro. Sem incertezas nem medos, pois, amando-lhe, Ele sabe de tudo.
