`The perfume that ye made in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, ye, and your fathers, your kings, and your heads, and the people of the land, hath not Jehovah remembered it? yea, it cometh up on His heart.

And Jehovah is not able any more to accept [you], because of the evil of your doings, because of the abominations that ye have done, and your land is for a waste, and for an astonishment, and for a reviling, without inhabitant, as [at] this day.

`Because that ye have made perfume, and because ye have sinned against Jehovah, and have not hearkened to the voice of Jehovah, and in His law, and in His statutes, and in His testimonies ye have not walked, therefore hath this evil met you as [at] this day.`

And Jeremiah saith unto all the people, and unto all the women, `Hear ye a word of Jehovah, all Judah who [are] in the land of Egypt,

Thus spake Jehovah of Hosts, God of Israel, saying: Ye and your wives both speak with your mouth, and with your hands have fulfilled, saying: We certainly execute our vows that we have vowed, to make perfume to the queen of the heavens, and to pour out to her libations, ye do certainly establish your vows, and certainly execute your vows.

`Therefore, hear ye a word of Jehovah, all Judah who are dwelling in the land of Egypt: Lo, I -- I have sworn by My great name, said Jehovah, My name is no more proclaimed by the mouth of any man of Judah, saying, Live doth the Lord Jehovah -- in all the land of Egypt.

Lo, I am watching over them for evil, and not for good, and consumed have been all the men of Judah who [are] in the land of Egypt, by sword and by famine, till their consumption.

`And the escaped of the sword turn back out of the land of Egypt to the land of Judah, few in number, and known have all the remnant of Judah who are coming into the land of Egypt to sojourn there, whose word is established, Mine or theirs.

`And this [is] to you the sign -- an affirmation of Jehovah -- that I am seeing after you in this place, so that ye know that My words are certainly established against you for evil;

Thus said Jehovah, Lo, I am giving Pharaoh-Hophra king of Egypt into the hand of his enemies, and into the hand of those seeking his life, as I have given Zedekiah king of Judah into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, his enemy, and who is seeking his life.`

BIBLICAÇÃO RENOVANTE
Gênesis 01-03
Eu biblico, tu biblicas, ele biblica, nós biblicamos, vós biblicais, eles biblicam. Estou neologizando assim a propósito. As novas palavras são apenas uma expressão da expectativa que você e eu temos numa virada de ano como esta. Ano novo, tudo novo! Nova oportunidade de, novamente, ler a Bíblia inteira, um pouquinho a cada dia.
Se, no ano passado, nós cumprimos esse programa e passamos pela Bíblia inteira, vamos começar tudo de novo? A Palavra de Deus se renova a cada manhã. E nisso, deixo um desafio para você. Tente reler a Bíblia sem encontrar nenhuma novidade. É impossível! Você pode já ter lido a Bíblia cinqüenta vezes. Quando estiver lendo pela qüinquagésima primeira vez, vai se deparar com passagens diante das quais suspirará assim: “Uau! Parece que nunca li isso antes!” Por isso, a nossa necessidade de vivermos biblicando. Eu biblico, tu biblicas, ele... Será? Será que biblicamos mesmo?
Se isso é algo novo para você, aproveite essa novidade! O nosso Senhor é o Deus das novidades! As cortinas da Bíblia já se abrem, no primeiro capítulo, com a maior de todas as criatividades, a Criação. E a inovação é contagiante! Não há como ler Gênesis 1 sem criar também. Criar, na própria mente de leitor, o cenário imaginário do que deve ter sido aquilo tudo. Deve ter sido lindo! Já pensou como Deus deve ter ficado feliz? Fazer tanta obra de arte para doar ao casal perfeito! Essa descrição de Gênesis 1 e 2 é, literalmente, a estampa da alegria de Deus.
Pena que Adão e Eva desprezaram, rasuraram, embucharam, amassaram, rasgaram e denegriram o presente! Por isso, hoje, o nosso presente está assim, manchado pela maldade. Mas tudo aquilo que era bom e foi amaldiçoado, se colocado de volta nas mãos de Deus, Ele é capaz de refazer de um modo tão especial a ponto de ficar melhor do que era na condição original. E em Gênesis 3:15, começa essa promessa da renovação através do Renovo, que permeia toda a Bíblia. Nesse verso, temos a primeira profecia messiânica bíblica. Ali aconteceu a criação de algo que, ironicamente, é inerente desse contexto de mundo de pecado. Foi criada a esperança, um remédio provisório para que não padeçamos. E enquanto isso, a recriação dói.
Atualmente, o crescimento tem o preço do suor, do sangue e da lágrima, mas traz junto consigo a satisfação de chegar a um ponto mais alto. Seu crescimento, neste ano que se inicia hoje, pode ser muito mais que mental. Você pode transcender os seus horizontes para uma dimensão que só pode ser abarcada por Deus, biblicando todos os dias.
