And the seventh month cometh, and the sons of Israel [are] in the cities, and the people are gathered, as one men, unto Jerusalem.

|Esdras 3:2|
And rise doth Jeshua son of Jozadak, and his brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and his brethren, and they build the altar of the God of Israel, to cause to ascend upon it burnt-offerings, as it is written in the law of Moses, the man of God.

|Esdras 3:3|
And they establish the altar on its bases, because of the fear upon them of the peoples of the lands, and he causeth burnt-offerings to ascend upon it to Jehovah, burnt-offerings for the morning and for the evening.

|Esdras 3:4|
And they make the feast of the booths as it is written, and the burnt-offering of the day daily in number according to the ordinance, the matter of a day in its day;

|Esdras 3:5|
and after this a continual burnt-offering, and for new moons, and for all appointed seasons of Jehovah that are sanctified; and for every one who is willingly offering a willing-offering to Jehovah.

From the first day of the seventh month they have begun to cause burnt-offerings to ascend to Jehovah, and the temple of Jehovah hath not been founded,

and they give money to hewers and to artificers, and food, and drink, and oil to Zidonians and to Tyrians, to bring in cedar-trees from Lebanon unto the sea of Joppa, according to the permission of Cyrus king of Persia concerning them.

And in the second year of their coming in unto the house of God, to Jerusalem, in the second month, began Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua son of Jozadak, and the remnant of their brethren the priests and the Levites, and all those coming from the captivity to Jerusalem, and they appoint the Levites from a son of twenty years and upward, to overlook the work of the house of Jehovah.

And Jeshua standeth, [and] his sons, and his brethren, Kadmiel and his sons, sons of Judah together, to overlook those doing the work in the house of God; the sons of Henadad, [and] their sons and their brethren the Levites.

And those building have founded the temple of Jehovah, and they appoint the priests, clothed, with trumpets, and the Levites, sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise Jehovah, by means of [the instruments of] David king of Israel.

Jeremias 24-26
Deus tem um plano para que as coisas, com você, possam ir bem. Quer ver? Abra sua Bíblia em Jeremias 24-26. No primeiro destes capítulos, você pode ver que as coisas tanto podem ir bem quanto ir mal, com uma mesma pessoa. Obvio? Então, permita-me explicar o contexto de Jeremias 24.
Esse capítulo descreve uma visão simbólica e dá sua interpretação. A explicação para a visão dos dois cestos de figos é a de que, depois da primeira deportação para a Babilônia, no ano 597 a.C., os habitantes de Judá, que não tinham sido exilados, foram levados a pensar que eram judeus mais afortunados, ou melhores, do que os que tinham sido levados para o exílio. Absurdo! Então Jeremias deixa bem claro que não é assim. Os figos muito bons, ao contrário do que a maioria pensaria, representavam exatamente os deportados. Porque eles se converteriam, de coração, ao Senhor e então voltariam para sua terra, como povo representante de Deus.
Se, por um acaso, as coisas não estiverem indo muito bem pro seu lado, se por ventura você estiver sentindo-se meio que na desvantagem, não se desespere. Porque a desvantagem, se colocada nas mãos de Deus, pode ser transformada em dez vantagens. Para aqueles judeus, que ficaram na pior, sendo exilados, foi assim. Pode até ser que demore um pouco, para que isso aconteça. Para aqueles judeus, havia até o tempo marcado: sua desvantagem duraria 70 anos. 70 anos! Não são setenta dias! (Jeremias 25:1-14).
Com esta seção –Jeremias 25:1-14 – é concluída a primeira parte do livro. E nela, são resumidos os principais temas abordados em todos os capítulos anteriores do mesmo. Nela há também o acréscimo deste elemento novo, que é a marcação de uma data; a promessa, de que, ao final de setenta anos, a Babilônia deixaria de exercer o domínio sobre os povos que submeteu, e então receberia o justo castigo pelos seus pecados.
Quero que você saiba que nós estamos vivendo um tempo assim. Há muitas pessoas sinceras que estão sendo enganadas, presas mentalmente, pelos ensinos errados da grande Babilônia apocalíptica, que é a igreja apostatada. E como sinceridade não salva ninguém, o triste é saber que assim, muitos poderão estar indo, sinceramente, para o inferno. É triste, mas é verdade. Infelizmente, muitos figos terminam, imprestavelmente, estragados.
Mas o meu desejo é que você seja um figo bom. Você quer? Então, para que você também não fique cativo destes males babilônicos, por favor, faça a sua leitura bíblica de hoje. Pois, somente Deus, através de Sal Palavra, pode tornar-lhe sábio, e assim, salvar-lhe.
