|Esdras 3:1|
And the seventh month cometh, and the sons of Israel [are] in the cities, and the people are gathered, as one men, unto Jerusalem.

|Esdras 3:2|
And rise doth Jeshua son of Jozadak, and his brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and his brethren, and they build the altar of the God of Israel, to cause to ascend upon it burnt-offerings, as it is written in the law of Moses, the man of God.

|Esdras 3:3|
And they establish the altar on its bases, because of the fear upon them of the peoples of the lands, and he causeth burnt-offerings to ascend upon it to Jehovah, burnt-offerings for the morning and for the evening.

|Esdras 3:4|
And they make the feast of the booths as it is written, and the burnt-offering of the day daily in number according to the ordinance, the matter of a day in its day;

|Esdras 3:5|
and after this a continual burnt-offering, and for new moons, and for all appointed seasons of Jehovah that are sanctified; and for every one who is willingly offering a willing-offering to Jehovah.

From the first day of the seventh month they have begun to cause burnt-offerings to ascend to Jehovah, and the temple of Jehovah hath not been founded,

and they give money to hewers and to artificers, and food, and drink, and oil to Zidonians and to Tyrians, to bring in cedar-trees from Lebanon unto the sea of Joppa, according to the permission of Cyrus king of Persia concerning them.

|Esdras 3:8|
And in the second year of their coming in unto the house of God, to Jerusalem, in the second month, began Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua son of Jozadak, and the remnant of their brethren the priests and the Levites, and all those coming from the captivity to Jerusalem, and they appoint the Levites from a son of twenty years and upward, to overlook the work of the house of Jehovah.

And Jeshua standeth, [and] his sons, and his brethren, Kadmiel and his sons, sons of Judah together, to overlook those doing the work in the house of God; the sons of Henadad, [and] their sons and their brethren the Levites.

And those building have founded the temple of Jehovah, and they appoint the priests, clothed, with trumpets, and the Levites, sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise Jehovah, by means of [the instruments of] David king of Israel.

DONS
1Coríntios 11-13
Os dons são habilidades especiais dadas por Deus aos membros do corpo de Cristo. Apresento aqui, um resumo sobre alguns dos principais dons.
Profecia - Receber e comunicar alguma mensagem imediata de Deus ao seu povo através de um pronunciamento divinamente ungido.
Serviço - Identificar as necessidades não atendidas relacionadas com uma tarefa relacionada com a obra de Deus e fazer uso dos recursos disponíveis para atender a estas necessidades e alcançar os alvos desejados.
Ensino - Comunicar informações relevantes para a saúde e o ministério do corpo de Cristo e para seus membros de tal maneira que outros aprendam.
Exortação - Ministrar palavras de conforto, consolação, encorajamento e orientação a outros membros do Corpo de Cristo de tal maneira que eles se sintam ajudados e curados.
Dádivas -Contribuir com recursos materiais para a obra do Senhor com liberalidade e contentamento.
Liderança - Estabelecer alvos para o futuro em harmonia com os propósitos de Deus e comunicar estes alvos a outras pessoas de modo que eles voluntariamente e harmoniosamente trabalhem juntos para o cumprimento destes alvos para a glória de Deus.
Misericórdia - Sentir genuína empatia e compaixão por indivíduos, tanto cristãos como não-cristãos, que sofrem graves problemas emocionais, mentais ou físicos e traduzir esta compaixão em atos feitos com alegria que reflitam o amor de Cristo e aliviem o sofrimento.
Sabedoria (ciência) - Receber uma iluminação quanto a como um dado conhecimento pode ser aplicado a uma necessidade específica que esteja surgindo dentro do Corpo de Cristo.
Conhecimento - Descobrir, acumular, analisar e clarificar informações e idéias que sejam pertinentes ao crescimento e bem-estar do Corpo de Cristo.
Fé - Discernir com extraordinária confiança a vontade e os propósitos de Deus para o futuro de Sua obra.
Cura - Servir como intermediários humanos através dos quais Deus se agrade de curar doenças e restaurar a saúde à parte ou em complemento ao uso de meios naturais.
Milagres - Servir como intermediários humanos através dos quais Deus se agrade de realizar poderosos atos que são percebidos pelos observadores como tendo alterado o curso normal da natureza.
Línguas - Receber e comunicar uma mensagem de Deus a Seu povo numa linguagem nunca dantes aprendida.
Interpretação - Tornar conhecido na linguagem comumente falada a mensagem daquele que fala em línguas.
E vários outros... Uma pessoa pode receber um ou mais dons; vai depender da decisão do Espírito Santo: “Mas um só e o mesmo Espírito realiza todas estas coisas, distribuindo-as, como lhe apraz, a cada um, individualmente”. 1 Coríntios 12:11. Porém, o cristão não deve se preocupar com a quantidade dos dons, mas sim em desenvolver aquele (s) que tem.
