|Esdras 3:1|
And the seventh month cometh, and the sons of Israel [are] in the cities, and the people are gathered, as one men, unto Jerusalem.

|Esdras 3:2|
And rise doth Jeshua son of Jozadak, and his brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and his brethren, and they build the altar of the God of Israel, to cause to ascend upon it burnt-offerings, as it is written in the law of Moses, the man of God.

|Esdras 3:3|
And they establish the altar on its bases, because of the fear upon them of the peoples of the lands, and he causeth burnt-offerings to ascend upon it to Jehovah, burnt-offerings for the morning and for the evening.

|Esdras 3:4|
And they make the feast of the booths as it is written, and the burnt-offering of the day daily in number according to the ordinance, the matter of a day in its day;

|Esdras 3:5|
and after this a continual burnt-offering, and for new moons, and for all appointed seasons of Jehovah that are sanctified; and for every one who is willingly offering a willing-offering to Jehovah.

From the first day of the seventh month they have begun to cause burnt-offerings to ascend to Jehovah, and the temple of Jehovah hath not been founded,

and they give money to hewers and to artificers, and food, and drink, and oil to Zidonians and to Tyrians, to bring in cedar-trees from Lebanon unto the sea of Joppa, according to the permission of Cyrus king of Persia concerning them.

And in the second year of their coming in unto the house of God, to Jerusalem, in the second month, began Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua son of Jozadak, and the remnant of their brethren the priests and the Levites, and all those coming from the captivity to Jerusalem, and they appoint the Levites from a son of twenty years and upward, to overlook the work of the house of Jehovah.

And Jeshua standeth, [and] his sons, and his brethren, Kadmiel and his sons, sons of Judah together, to overlook those doing the work in the house of God; the sons of Henadad, [and] their sons and their brethren the Levites.

And those building have founded the temple of Jehovah, and they appoint the priests, clothed, with trumpets, and the Levites, sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise Jehovah, by means of [the instruments of] David king of Israel.

Ezequiel 30-32
Fim de tarde. O papai chegou cansado em casa, depois de um exaustivo dia de trabalho. Em sua face, carrega a estampa do peso dos dias, semanas e meses, que vão acumulando-se sobre os ombros de um senhor de responsabilidades. Apesar do cansaço que o pai traz consigo, as crianças maiores anunciam a chegada do “velho” às menores, e estas saem ao seu encontro, cortejando a chegada. Mas logo, todas percebem que neste dia o reencontro familiar não será tão festivo. O que terá acontecido lá fora, longe do lar, com papai?
O patriarca desculpa-se por não trazer tanta alegria como de costume. Senta-se solene, e pede que todos também reúnam-se em torno da mesa. E, introdutoriamente, deixa claro que lá fora não há nada de errado, mas que ali mesmo, dentro de casa, eles precisavam lavar algumas roupas sujas. Todos entendiam bem esta expressão. Não significava que iriam fazer o trabalho da máquina lavadora, e nem mesmo queria dizer que havia alguma indumentária precisando ser higienizada. Não. Mas com certeza, eles tinham alguns assuntos pendentes a serem resolvidos, em conversa franca e séria.
Alguns abaixam a cabeça, mas o homem dirigente daquela unidade familiar exige que todos olhem para ele, olho no olho. Ele vai dirigir-se a todos e também a cada um. Quer a verdade. Não quer gracejos, sorrisos, distração, ou qualquer outra coisa que torne a conversa menos séria do que o devido. Chegará o momento da conversa em que será exigido que alguém também fale. Pode ser qualquer um, e terá que falar com propriedade. Nada deverá ser escondido. Não há como esconder-se debaixo da mesa, correr, ou tornar-se invisível. O jeito é soltar o peso na cadeira, cruzar bem os pés, respirar fundo, segurar firme na beirada da mesa e agüentar o tranco.
O deve haver de errado? Quem será o impostor? Haverá punição? O que mais pode haver de errado em situações assim não é o problema em si, mas a falta em tratar do mesmo. E o que pode haver de melhor em ocasiões como esta é o tratamento correto dado ao problema. Provavelmente, tal busca pela resolução seja dolorido, mas é o “mal necessário”. O menos pior é ter a hombridade, a coragem, o caráter, de falar tudo o que é preciso, de forma sincera, educada e aberta, num diálogo que busque a solução. Depois disso, no final, mesmo que restem conseqüências, todos conseguem dar um suspiro de alívio e sentir uma doce paz no coração.
É isso que você vai encontrar na leitura de hoje. Uma reunião ao redor da mesa, pra colocar tudo em prato limpo.
