|Lamentações 2:1|
“Let all their wickedness come before you; deal with them as you have dealt with me because of all my sins. My groans are many and my heart is faint.” [This chapter is an acrostic poem, the verses of which begin with the successive letters of the Hebrew alphabet.] How the Lord has covered the Daughter of Zion with the cloud of his anger! [Or How the LORD in his anger has treated the Daughter of Zion with contempt!] He has hurled down the splendour of Israel from heaven to earth; he has not remembered his footstool in the day of his anger.

|Lamentações 2:2|
Without pity the Lord has swallowed up all the dwellings of Jacob; in his wrath he has torn down the strongholds of the Daughter of Judah. He has brought her kingdom and its princes down to the ground in dishonour.

|Lamentações 2:3|
In fierce anger he has cut off every horn [Or all the strength; or every king; horn here symbolises strength.] of Israel. He has withdrawn his right hand at the approach of the enemy. He has burned in Jacob like a flaming fire that consumes everything around it.

Like an enemy he has strung his bow; his right hand is ready. Like a foe he has slain all who were pleasing to the eye; he has poured out his wrath like fire on the tent of the Daughter of Zion.

The Lord is like an enemy; he has swallowed up Israel. He has swallowed up all her palaces and destroyed her strongholds. He has multiplied mourning and lamentation for the Daughter of Judah.

He has laid waste his dwelling like a garden; he has destroyed his place of meeting. The LORD has made Zion forget her appointed feasts and her Sabbaths; in his fierce anger he has spurned both king and priest.

The Lord has rejected his altar and abandoned his sanctuary. He has handed over to the enemy the walls of her palaces; they have raised a shout in the house of the LORD as on the day of an appointed feast.

The LORD determined to tear down the wall around the Daughter of Zion. He stretched out a measuring line and did not withhold his hand from destroying. He made ramparts and walls lament; together they wasted away.

|Lamentações 2:9|
Her gates have sunk into the ground; their bars he has broken and destroyed. Her king and her princes are exiled among the nations, the law is no more, and her prophets no longer find visions from the LORD.

The elders of the Daughter of Zion sit on the ground in silence; they have sprinkled dust on their heads and put on sackcloth. The young women of Jerusalem have bowed their heads to the ground.

Ezequiel 33-35
Recebi uma mensagem, de um leitor, com um pedido: “Gostaria de ter uma explicação sobre Ezequiel 34”. E creio que não somente ele, mas também cada um de nós, merece entender mais este capítulo da Bíblia. Inclusive você. Portanto, além de ler Ezequiel 33-35, medite aqui um pouco mais sobre a mensagem do capítulo 34.
Nessa mensagem profética, Ezequiel condena os líderes espirituais do povo que, em vez de apascentar o rebanho, cuidavam apenas de si mesmos: “Vestem-se de lã e abatem os melhores animais, mas não tomam conta do rebanho”. Estavam dominando o rebanho de forma cruel, em proveito próprio, em vez de trabalhar pro bem do rebanho.
Essa mensagem tem dupla ênfase. Em primeiro lugar, Deus diz: “Estou contra os pastores e os considerarei responsáveis pelo meu rebanho. Eu lhes tirarei a função de apascentá-lo para que os pastores não mais se alimentem a si mesmos (verso 10)”. Os pastores predadores serão removidos, e as ovelhas, salvas de seu pastoreio.
Depois o Senhor promete: “Eu mesmo buscarei as minhas ovelhas e delas cuidarei (verso 11)”. Esse compromisso pessoal será cumprido por Jesus, que referiu-se a si mesmo como o bom Pastor, em João 10, utilizando palavras que refletem as idéias principais de Ezequiel:
Eu mesmo tomarei conta das minhas ovelhas e as farei deitar-se e repousar. Palavra do Soberano, o Senhor. Procurarei as perdidas e trarei de volta as desviadas. Enfaixarei a que estiver ferida e fortalecerei a fraca, mas a rebelde e forte eu destruirei. Apascentarei o rebanho com justiça (versos 15 e 16).
Associada à vinda do Senhor para pastorear seu povo, está a promessa de levá-lo de volta à sua terra! O Pastor trará seu rebanho de volta das nações. Ele mesmo diz: “Eu as farei sair das outras nações e as reunirei, trazendo-as dos outros povos para a sua própria terra. E as apascentarei nos montes de Israel, nos vales e em todos os povoados do país (verso 13). Ali a “nação de Israel”, que “são o meu povo”, será abençoada para sempre (verso 30).
A experiência de ser pastor não é nada fácil. É o desgastar de uma vida vivida em naipe especial. Neste estilo, existem alegrias, mas também grandes pesos e responsabilidades. E pelo fato de que o pastor é também um humano, ele também sofre frustrações.
E é por isso que todos nós, seguidores ou líderes religiosos, somos dependentes exclusivos daquele é “o” pastor. Jesus é o bom pastor. Somente ele pode terminar a tarefa de ajudar-nos a nos encontrarmos. Ele quer ser o seu pastor pessoal. Entregue sua vida a Ele. E seja feliz.
