|Lamentações 2:1|
“Let all their wickedness come before you; deal with them as you have dealt with me because of all my sins. My groans are many and my heart is faint.” [This chapter is an acrostic poem, the verses of which begin with the successive letters of the Hebrew alphabet.] How the Lord has covered the Daughter of Zion with the cloud of his anger! [Or How the LORD in his anger has treated the Daughter of Zion with contempt!] He has hurled down the splendour of Israel from heaven to earth; he has not remembered his footstool in the day of his anger.

|Lamentações 2:2|
Without pity the Lord has swallowed up all the dwellings of Jacob; in his wrath he has torn down the strongholds of the Daughter of Judah. He has brought her kingdom and its princes down to the ground in dishonour.

|Lamentações 2:3|
In fierce anger he has cut off every horn [Or all the strength; or every king; horn here symbolises strength.] of Israel. He has withdrawn his right hand at the approach of the enemy. He has burned in Jacob like a flaming fire that consumes everything around it.

|Lamentações 2:4|
Like an enemy he has strung his bow; his right hand is ready. Like a foe he has slain all who were pleasing to the eye; he has poured out his wrath like fire on the tent of the Daughter of Zion.

|Lamentações 2:5|
The Lord is like an enemy; he has swallowed up Israel. He has swallowed up all her palaces and destroyed her strongholds. He has multiplied mourning and lamentation for the Daughter of Judah.

|Lamentações 2:6|
He has laid waste his dwelling like a garden; he has destroyed his place of meeting. The LORD has made Zion forget her appointed feasts and her Sabbaths; in his fierce anger he has spurned both king and priest.

|Lamentações 2:7|
The Lord has rejected his altar and abandoned his sanctuary. He has handed over to the enemy the walls of her palaces; they have raised a shout in the house of the LORD as on the day of an appointed feast.

|Lamentações 2:8|
The LORD determined to tear down the wall around the Daughter of Zion. He stretched out a measuring line and did not withhold his hand from destroying. He made ramparts and walls lament; together they wasted away.

|Lamentações 2:9|
Her gates have sunk into the ground; their bars he has broken and destroyed. Her king and her princes are exiled among the nations, the law is no more, and her prophets no longer find visions from the LORD.

|Lamentações 2:10|
The elders of the Daughter of Zion sit on the ground in silence; they have sprinkled dust on their heads and put on sackcloth. The young women of Jerusalem have bowed their heads to the ground.

Levítico 15-16
Você sabe o que Levítico 15-16 tem a ver conosco? Estamos vivendo no grande Yom Kippur (Dia da Expiação) do período de pecado (6000 anos) neste planeta. É o dia, ou melhor, o tempo de juízo, como previsto pela mensagem dos três anjos (Apocalipse 14:6-12), preparada para o tempo do fim (Daniel 8:17 - RA), do século XIX para cá, a salvação passou a ser compreendida e pregada como sendo um evangelho eterno: em todas as épocas da humanidade, todas as pessoas tiveram, têm e terão a oportunidade de serem salvas por um único meio, a saber, a graça redentora do sangue de Jesus. Na força dessa alta voz, essas boas novas estão sendo pregadas em todo o mundo como testemunho a todas as nações, para que então venha o fim (Mateus 24:14).
Nosso Grande Sumo Sacerdote é também agora o Juiz (João 5:22) do cristão, pois chegou a hora de começar o julgamento pela casa de Deus (1Pedro 4:17). Tronos foram colocados, e um ancião se assentou... O tribunal iniciou o julgamento, e os livros foram abertos (Daniel 7:9-10) para que o Universo (1Coríntios 4:9) verifique o nosso nome (Apocalipse 20:15; 21:27) e os nossos atos (Malaquias 3:16).
Mas não tenha medo desse julgamento. Nossas testemunhas são os nossos anjos (Apocalipse 5:11), e nosso advogado é o próprio e justo Juiz (1João 1:21; Atos 17:31). Se você for amigo dEle, com certeza, quando seu nome for passado em revista, será absolvido. Portanto, visto que temos um Sumo Sacerdote que adentrou os céus, Jesus, o Filho de Deus, apeguemo-nos com toda a firmeza à fé que professamos (Hebreus 8:14).
Após terminado este julgamento e ser emitido o seu decreto, Jesus deixará o trono celeste para vir nos buscar (Apocalipse 22:11-12). Vai ser uma alegria! Ele, por ter sido Fiel (Apocalipse 3:14) no pacto que fez conosco, poderá lhe dizer: “Muito bem, servo bom e fiel! Você foi fiel no pouco, eu o porei sobre o muito. Venha e participe da alegria do seu senhor!” (Mateus 25:21). Assim, estaremos, Salvador e salvos, livres da condenação da morte eterna. Amém!!!
Essa é a boa notícia da salvação! O evangelho é o próprio Jesus! Tudo o que você precisa fazer é aceitar que este Sumo Sacerdote, Juiz, Advogado e Amigo interceda por você. Ele espera manter o compromisso com você, guardando, na arca do seu coração, os seus mandamentos (Deuteronômio 10:12; Salmo 119:111-115; João 14:15). Firme esta aliança com Ele, em oração! Peça-Lhe fé para ser salvo por Sua graça e fiel para guardar os Seus mandamentos (Apocalipse 14:12). A chance é agora ou nunca! Que este Jesus lhe abençoe!
