“People have heard my groaning, but there is no-one to comfort me. All my enemies have heard of my distress; they rejoice at what you have done. May you bring the day you have announced so that they may become like me.

|Lamentações 2:1|
“Let all their wickedness come before you; deal with them as you have dealt with me because of all my sins. My groans are many and my heart is faint.” [This chapter is an acrostic poem, the verses of which begin with the successive letters of the Hebrew alphabet.] How the Lord has covered the Daughter of Zion with the cloud of his anger! [Or How the LORD in his anger has treated the Daughter of Zion with contempt!] He has hurled down the splendour of Israel from heaven to earth; he has not remembered his footstool in the day of his anger.

Without pity the Lord has swallowed up all the dwellings of Jacob; in his wrath he has torn down the strongholds of the Daughter of Judah. He has brought her kingdom and its princes down to the ground in dishonour.

|Lamentações 2:3|
In fierce anger he has cut off every horn [Or all the strength; or every king; horn here symbolises strength.] of Israel. He has withdrawn his right hand at the approach of the enemy. He has burned in Jacob like a flaming fire that consumes everything around it.

Like an enemy he has strung his bow; his right hand is ready. Like a foe he has slain all who were pleasing to the eye; he has poured out his wrath like fire on the tent of the Daughter of Zion.

The Lord is like an enemy; he has swallowed up Israel. He has swallowed up all her palaces and destroyed her strongholds. He has multiplied mourning and lamentation for the Daughter of Judah.

|Lamentações 2:6|
He has laid waste his dwelling like a garden; he has destroyed his place of meeting. The LORD has made Zion forget her appointed feasts and her Sabbaths; in his fierce anger he has spurned both king and priest.

The Lord has rejected his altar and abandoned his sanctuary. He has handed over to the enemy the walls of her palaces; they have raised a shout in the house of the LORD as on the day of an appointed feast.

The LORD determined to tear down the wall around the Daughter of Zion. He stretched out a measuring line and did not withhold his hand from destroying. He made ramparts and walls lament; together they wasted away.

Her gates have sunk into the ground; their bars he has broken and destroyed. Her king and her princes are exiled among the nations, the law is no more, and her prophets no longer find visions from the LORD.

RESSURRETOS!
1Coríntios 14-16
Muito melhor do que ter reencarnado ou se transformado em algo etéreo, Jesus ressuscitou, em carne e osso! É tão diferente das crendices populares que nem mesmo os discípulos acreditavam. Ele lhes disse: “Por que vocês estão perturbados e por que se levantam dúvidas no coração de vocês? Vejam as minhas mãos e os meus pés. Sou eu mesmo! Toquem-me e vejam; um espírito não tem carne nem ossos, como vocês estão vendo que eu tenho”. Tendo dito isso, mostrou-lhes as mãos e os pés. E por não crerem ainda, tão cheios estavam de alegria e de espanto, ele lhes perguntou: “Vocês têm aqui algo para comer?” Deram-lhe um pedaço de peixe assado, e ele o comeu na presença deles (Lucas 24:38-43).
Um dia, nós também teremos um corpo imperecível, revestido da imortalidade. Mas alguém pode perguntar: “Como ressuscitam os mortos?”.
“Se cremos que Jesus morreu e ressurgiu, cremos também que Deus trará aqueles que nele dormiram. O próprio Senhor descerá dos céus, e os mortos em Cristo ressuscitarão primeiro; e quando o que é mortal se revestir de imortalidade, então se cumprirá a palavra que está escrita: “A morte foi destruída pela vitória”. (1Tessalonicenses 4:13-18; 1Coríntios 15 – Adaptado)”.
A resposta para a morte é a ressurreição, quando então os justos receberão a imortalidade, em corpos recriados e perfeitos. Todos os que estiverem nos túmulos ouvirão a sua voz e sairão; os que fizeram o bem ressuscitarão para a vida, porque Deus tanto amou o mundo que deu o seu Filho Unigênito, para que todo o que nele crer não pereça, mas tenha a vida eterna. E os que fizeram o mal ressuscitarão para serem condenados. Então, todos os que praticam a iniqüidade, nada obstante, serão destruídos para sempre (João 5:28-29; 3:16) (Salmo 92:7 -RA). Felizes os mortos que morrem no Senhor (Apocalipse 14:13). Para eles, o morrer é lucro, pois têm a garantia de um dia estar com Cristo, o que é muito melhor (Filipenses 1:21-23).
Meu amigo, a chance de escolher o destino eterno é só nesta vida e você não sabe quando ela termina. Pois, que adianta ao homem ganhar o mundo inteiro e perder a sua alma? (Marcos 8:36). Acontecerão somente duas ressurreições, uma dos salvos e a outra dos perdidos. A primeira é a ressurreição da glória, a segunda, a da vergonha. Você quer fazer parte da primeira ressurreição? Quem é o falecido querido que você quer encontrar no dia da ressurreição? Você quer ter a vida eterna? Esta é a vida eterna: que conheçam o único Deus verdadeiro e a Jesus Cristo (João 17:3). Busque cada vez mais, conhecer a Jesus.
